Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Latium and more specifically to Rome. This is based on eggs, cheese, bacon and black pepper but now, there are many versions of this dish. Spaghetti is usually used as pasta, however, fettuccine, rigatoni, or bucatini can also be used.

Procedure:
1. In a Boiler/Copper, boil water.
2. When the water is boiling, put cooking oil and 3 pinches of salt.
3. Put the pasta and let it cook. (You should always check it and mix it a little so the bottom part wouldn't be overcooked and so that it will cook evenly. You know it's cooked when there is no dot in the center of your pasta)
4. In a pan or a copper where you will cook the sauce, heat the pan/copper and put the butter. Saute the garlic and onion.
5. Saute all the meat (Chicken and Bacon)
6. Saute the mushroom
7. Put the cream and the evaporated milk and mix it. Put some salt and pepper.
8.Mix it often so that it will cook evenly. Let it boil. If you want your sauce to be thicker, just mix tap water and flour and put it in your sauce. Again, Mix it an let it boil.
9. Drain your pasta and mix it with your sauce.
And viola! You have your own carbonara.
